Collaborit is a global Asset Management Engineering organisation that aims to provide our customers with Innovative, Digital Asset Management Solutions and Services – connecting People, Process and Technology to the Asset. We are headquartered in South Africa and have regional representation in Australia, Canada, United States, Chile, United Kingdom, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Benelux, and Germany. The company was founded in 2004, employing 15 SAP Consultants that focused on SAP Plant Maintenance (“PM”) Consulting and SAP Enterprise Project Portfolio Management (“EPM”).

Since our inception we expanded our solution portfolio to include SAP Enterprise Asset Management Solutions and Services and specialised Engineering Services, such as Mechanical, Electrical, Civil and Chemical, Reliability Engineering, Energy and Carbon Management, Structural Integrity Management , Building Information Management, Engineering Procurement and Construction Management (“EPCM”). Our Staff compliment exceeds 160 subject matter experts from an Engineering, Project Management, Consulting and System Development background. We employ a dedicated Development Team, that not only understand the SAP Development Environment but is also skilled in SAP Enterprise Asset Management.

Our Solutions are Industry independent with a customer base that span the mining, manufacturing, petrochemical, utilities, oil and gas, and health industries and include various large companies. As an SAP Development Partner, Collaborit invested in the development of Enterprise Asset Management solutions. These solutions are fully embedded in SAP providing additional functionality to enrich standard SAP, fill gaps in standard SAP and significantly improve the overall end-user experience. An important focus is placed on digitalization to ensure our customers get the full benefit from the latest technology trends and developments.
The Collaborit EAM+ for SAP Solution Suite comprises of a comprehensive set of solutions that is focussed on Project and Portfolio Management, Asset Lifecycle Management, SAP Master Data Governance, Work Management and Performance Management. The solutions are compatible with the traditional SAP EEC 6 and SAP S/4 HANA platform, with or without HANA as a database, and user interface technologies UI5, Fiori and Screen Personas. Collaborit engaged SAP to certify the solutions and offer the solutions on the SAP APP Centre.
We have developed engineering solutions, utilising technologies such as Python and Power BI, to support maintenance tactics and strategy development, business modelling, criticality and risk analysis, lifecycle modelling, techno economic modelling, Covid Modelling, 3D scanning and the development of digital twins. With a high focus on Innovation, we continuously seek opportunities to expand our solution portfolio or improve the functionality offered through the many solutions currently available in our portfolio.
