Overview

Collaborit’s Asset Performance Workbench provides a data and reporting framework for the capturing of equipment time segments such as down-time, up-time, utilization, delays and more. It also provides production statistics such as tons, cycles, units, etc., as well as operating statistics such as run hours, fuel consumption, kilometers, etc.

The capturing of four different data dimensions namely time segments, operating statistics, production statistics, and cost (maintenance, production and operating) can report the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) of a single equipment or that of a production unit.

The Collaborit Asset Performance Workbench together with our Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Life Cycle Cost (LCC) design, caters for all the requirements to report OEE.

Production Units can be setup in a hierarchical format with interdependent equipment relationships used for the calculation of consequential down-time and for roll-up reporting.

​

A single screen provides functionality to view and maintain all the required equipment performance data elements including the linking and/or creation of notifications and orders for maintenance downtime events.
